On September 14, 2026, The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC filed a proposed rule change under Section 19(b)(1) of the Exchange Act to amend Rule General 8. The amendment is immediately effective, establishing fees for liquid-cooled cabinets, their power installation, and ongoing power usage in the Exchange's expanded data center located in Carteret, New Jersey.

The proposal sets a $5,490 installation fee for Nasdaq-provided liquid-cooled cabinets and a $2,500 fee for customer-provided cabinets, with no ongoing monthly charge for either option. These fees mirror the current NY11-4/-5 installation fee for standard cabinets.

Power services for the liquid-cooled cabinets will be billed per kilovolt-ampere (kVA) and tied to contract terms of one, two, or three years. The additional per-kVA installation charge is $1,800 for a one-year commitment, $1,650 for two years, and $1,500 for three years. Ongoing monthly fees are $1,000, $900, or $800 per kVA, respectively. Using the single-phase 240-volt, 20-amp option (4.80 kVA), the proposed monthly charge would be $4,800.

The Exchange will notify customers of the Q4 2026 implementation date via Trader Alert. The SEC is publishing this notice to solicit comments from interested parties, and the filing is identified as Release No. 34-106488, File No. SR-NASDAQ-2026-077.
