OFAC adds individuals to SDN List, blocks U.S. assets
U.S. persons must refrain from transactions with the newly designated individuals as of September 29 2026.

The Office of Foreign Assets Control issued a notice on September 29, 2026, publishing the names of one or more persons placed on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List). The notice is documented as FR Doc No. 2026-20215.
Pursuant to Executive Order 13382, all property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of the designated persons are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them.
The SDN List and additional information concerning OFAC sanctions programs are available on OFAC's website at https://ofac.treasury.gov. For further assistance, OFAC listed contact numbers for the Associate Director for Global Targeting, the Assistant Director for Licensing, and the Assistant Director for Sanctions Compliance.
