OFAC adds new individuals and entities to SDN List
Effective Oct. 1, 2026, the listed persons' U.S.-jurisdiction assets are blocked and U.S. persons may not transact with them.

The Office of Foreign Assets Control issued a notice in the Federal Register (Vol. 91, No. 192, pp. 63656-63664) stating that on Oct. 1, 2026 it determined that property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of certain persons are blocked under the applicable sanctions authorities.
The notice lists both individuals and entities, referencing graphic files TN06OC26.014 through TN06OC26.020, and cites the authorities of Executive Orders 13871 and 13902.
All property and interests in property of the listed persons that are subject to U.S. jurisdiction are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them.
