President Trump Proclaims September 7, 2026 as Labor Day

President Donald J. Trump issued Proclamation 11060 on September 4, 2026, designating September 7, 2026, as Labor Day. The proclamation calls upon all public officials and people of the United States to observe the day with programs, ceremonies, and activities that honor working Americans.
The text references the Working Families Tax Cuts Act, which the President says makes the largest tax cuts in American history permanent and boosts take-home pay for millions of families.
