Pursuant to Section 11A(a)(3) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 608, the Securities and Exchange Commission published a notice on August 27, 2026 that Investors Exchange LLC (IEX) filed an amendment to the Joint Industry Plan for the Purpose of Developing and Implementing Procedures Designed to Facilitate the Listing and Trading of Standardized Options (the OLPP). The amendment adds IEX as a Plan Sponsor and is effective immediately under Rule 608(b)(3)(iii).

The OLPP allows an Eligible Exchange to become a Plan Sponsor by executing a copy of the Plan, providing each current Sponsor with that copy, and submitting an amendment that inserts the new Sponsor's name in Section 9. IEX submitted an executed copy of the OLPP, satisfied the requirements set forth in Section 7 of the Plan, and provided the amendment to the Commission, triggering immediate effectiveness.

IEX joins a roster of existing Sponsors that includes BOX, Cboe, Cboe BZX, Cboe C2, Cboe EDGX, MEMX, MIAX, MIAX Emerald, MIAX PEARL, MIAX Sapphire, Nasdaq, Nasdaq BX, Nasdaq GEMX, Nasdaq ISE, Nasdaq MRX, Nasdaq Phlx, NYSE American, NYSE Arca, and the Options Clearing Corporation. The amendment was designated as involving solely technical or ministerial matters.

The Commission invites written comments on the amendment, including whether it is consistent with the Act and applicable rules. Comments must reference File Number 4-443 and be submitted by September 22, 2026 via the SEC's internet comment form, email, or in triplicate to the Commission's Secretary.

Under Rule 608(a)(1), the Commission may summarily abrogate the amendment within sixty days of filing if it determines that such action is necessary in the public interest, for investor protection, or to maintain fair and orderly markets.
