NYSE Texas amends connectivity fee schedule to rename data feeds
The amendment applies to NYSE Texas colocation users and takes effect immediately upon filing on September 2, 2026.

On September 2, 2026, NYSE Texas, Inc. filed a proposed rule change (file number SR-NYSETEX-2026-33) to amend its Connectivity Fee Schedule for colocation services. The filing was announced in a notice published September 3, 2026, under Section 19(b)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act and Rule 19b-4.
The exchange seeks to replace the placeholder names "CTA" and "CQ" in Colocation Notes 4 and 5 with the actual market-data feed identifiers "CTS" and "CQS." The change reflects the upcoming transition, effective April 1, 2027, of these feeds to the CT Plan. No alteration to the feeds themselves or to their inclusion as free data products is proposed; the amendment is purely nominal.
NYSE Texas asserts that the amendment complies with Section 6(b)(5) of the Act and does not impose any unnecessary burden on competition, describing the change as non-substantive and aimed at improving transparency.
Because the proposal does not significantly affect investor protection, the public interest, or competition, it became effective immediately pursuant to Section 19(b)(3)(A)(iii) of the Act and Rule 19b-4(f)(6). The Commission retains the authority to temporarily suspend the rule within 60 days of filing.
The Commission invites written comments, which may be submitted electronically or on paper, referencing file number SR-NYSETEX-2026-33. The exchange reported that no written comments were solicited or received.
