On September 4, 2026 Bitnomial Exchange, LLC filed a Form 1-N with the Securities and Exchange Commission to register as a national securities exchange under Section 6(g) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. The Commission's acknowledgment appears in Release No. 34-106297, File No. 10-254, and is published in the Federal Register, Volume 91, Number 175 (September 11, 2026), page 57949 (FR Doc 2026-18540).

Section 6(g) permits a board of trade designated as a contract market by the Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and not suspended, to register solely for trading security futures products. Rule 6a-4 requires the exchange to submit the written notice on Form 1-N, and the Act provides that registration becomes effective contemporaneously with that submission.

Because Bitnomial's filing satisfied the statutory and regulatory criteria, its registration as a national securities exchange became effective on the filing date, September 4, 2026. The complete Form 1-N and accompanying exhibits are available on the SEC's website at https://www.sec.gov/rules-regulations/commission-orders-notices/other-commission-orders-notices-information.
