SEC issues notice of exemption application for FIS Trust and Faith Investor Services
The exemption request filed by FIS Trust and Faith Investor Services, LLC may allow subadvisory agreements without shareholder approval; hearing requests must be filed by Nov. 16, 2026.

The Securities and Exchange Commission issued a notice on October 20, 2026 (Investment Company Act Release No. 36364; File No. 812-16074; FR Doc No. 2026-21640) concerning an application by FIS Trust and Faith Investor Services, LLC for an exemption from section 15(a) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and from specific disclosure requirements in rule 20a-1, Form N-1A Item 19(a)(3), Schedule 14A items, and Regulation S-X sections 6-07(2)(a)-(c).
The exemption would permit the applicant to enter into and materially amend subadvisory agreements with subadvisers without obtaining shareholder approval and would relieve the applicant from filing the disclosed fee information required under the referenced rules.
The original application was filed on August 18, 2026 and was amended on October 6, 2026. Unless the Commission orders a hearing, an order granting the relief will be issued. Interested persons may request a hearing by emailing the SEC's Secretary and serving the applicant, with requests due by 5:30 p.m., Eastern Time, on November 16, 2026, accompanied by proof of service.
The application and supporting materials are available on the SEC's website and through the EDGAR system. For further information, contact Rachel Loko, Senior Special Counsel, Division of Investment Management, at (202) 551-6720.
