The Securities and Exchange Commission issued a Sunshine Act notice that the Investor Advisory Committee will hold a public meeting on Thursday, September 10, 2026, beginning at 10 a.m. (ET). The meeting is open to the public under the provisions of Public Law 94-409.

The session will be conducted in-person in the Multipurpose Room at 100 F Street NE, Washington, DC 20549, and will also be available by webcast on the Commission's website. Attendees may choose either format.

The agenda includes welcome and opening remarks; approval of previous meeting minutes; a panel discussion regarding disclosure and artificial intelligence; a panel discussion regarding Regulation National Market System; subcommittee reports; and a non-public administrative session.
