Treasury Extends CDFI Uses of Award Report Collection Through 2026
Recipients of the BEA, CDFI, NACA and Small Dollar Loan programs must continue filing the annual Uses of Award Report via AMIS, with comments due by Nov. 30, 2026.
The Department of the Treasury issued a notice (FR Doc No. 2026-20050) extending, without change, the approved collection of information for the Uses of Award Report Form (OMB Control Number 1559-0032). The extension is announced in Docket No. CDFI-2026-0203, and written comments must be received on or before November 30, 2026.
Recipients of the Bank Enterprise Award Program, the Community Development Financial Institutions Program, the Native American CDFI Assistance Program, and the Small Dollar Loan Program are required to submit the Uses of Award Report annually through the CDFI Fund's Awards Management Information System (AMIS) three months after their period of performance end date or fiscal year end, as applicable.
The notice estimates 1,114 respondents will file a total of 2,228 annual responses, each taking approximately 0.75 hours, for an aggregate annual burden of 1,671 hours. Responses are limited to numerical data, yes/no answers, or narrative explanations as required by the form.
Comments are invited on the necessity, utility, accuracy of burden estimates, and ways to improve or reduce respondent burden, including technological solutions. Submissions should be made via the Federal eRulemaking Portal at regulations.gov, referencing Docket No. CDFI-2026-0203.
