24X Exchange amends Rule 13.4(a) to add Texas Stock Exchange and rename market centers
The amendment, filed Aug. 26, 2026 and effective immediately, updates data-feed disclosures for 24X participants.

24X National Exchange LLC filed a proposed rule change on August 26, 2026 to amend Rule 13.4(a) (Usage of Data Feeds). The amendment adds Texas Stock Exchange LLC as a source of market data and replaces the names Nasdaq BX, Inc. with Nasdaq Texas, LLC and NYSE Chicago, Inc. with NYSE Texas, Inc. The filing is identified as SR-24X-2026-22 and was published in the Federal Register on September 4, 2026.
The Exchange states that the change reflects Texas Stock Exchange's registration as a national securities exchange, approved by the Commission on September 30, 2025, and its launch of trading on July 6, 2026. The amendment updates the rule to indicate that 24X will utilize Texas Stock Exchange market data from the Consolidated Quotation System/UTP Quotation Data Feed for order handling, routing, execution, and compliance surveillance.
The Exchange characterizes the amendment as conforming and non-substantive, citing Section 6 and Section 6(b)(5) of the Securities Exchange Act as the statutory basis. No written comments were solicited or received, and the Exchange asserts that the change imposes no unnecessary burden on competition.
Because the amendment does not significantly affect investor protection, the public interest, or competition, it became effective immediately under Section 19(b)(3)(A) of the Act and Rule 19b-4(f)(6). The Commission retains the authority to temporarily suspend the change within 60 days of filing if it deems such action necessary.
Comments on the proposal must reference file number SR-24X-2026-22 and may be submitted electronically through the SEC's internet comment form or by paper to the Commission's Secretary.
