Federal Reserve Opens Comment Period on Gullace Trust's Bank Share Acquisition
Comments on the Gullace Generation Family Trust's proposed acquisition of voting shares in Greater Rochester Bancorp must be filed by Oct. 28, 2026.

The Federal Reserve Board announced that the Gullace Generation Family Trust, with Christopher Matthew Gullace as trustee, has applied under the Change in Bank Control Act and Regulation Y to acquire voting shares of Greater Rochester Bancorp Inc., thereby indirectly acquiring voting shares of Genesee Regional Bank, both located in Rochester, New York.
The public portions of the application and any related filings are available for immediate inspection at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and at the Board of Governors' offices. Requests for expedited access may be directed to the appropriate Reserve Bank or the Board's Freedom of Information Office.
Interested parties may submit written comments on the standards set forth in paragraph 7 of the Act to the Federal Reserve Bank of New York, 33 Liberty Street, New York, NY 10045-0001, or electronically to the address provided in the notice. Comments must be received no later than October 28, 2026, and will be made publicly available without alteration, except for removal of personal or business identifying information.
