Nasdaq Texas, LLC filed a proposed rule change with the Securities and Exchange Commission on October 22, 2026, and the filing became effective immediately, as noted in the notice dated October 30, 2026 (Release No. 34-106782; File No. SR-NasdaqTX-2026-052). The amendment revises Equity 7, Sections 115 and 130 of the exchange's fee schedule to delete references to the CORE FIX order entry protocol.

Specifically, the amendment removes the $500 per month per port fee for CORE FIX production ports, the $25 per month per port fee for a CORE FIX disaster recovery port, and the $300 per port per month fee for testing facility ports. It also eliminates the associated note "1" that described a temporary 30-Day fee waiver for up to five newly added CORE FIX ports and a three-month waiver period.

The exchange states the purpose is to eliminate obsolete language after deciding not to deploy CORE FIX, and asserts that the deletions will not alter the availability, pricing, or functionality of any service currently used by members. The changes apply uniformly to all market participants.

The Commission is publishing the notice to solicit comments from interested persons pursuant to Section 19(b)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 19b-4.

The proposed rule change is presented as consistent with Section 6(b) of the Act, which requires an equitable allocation of reasonable fees and charges among exchange participants.
