On August 26, 2026, New York Stock Exchange LLC filed a proposed rule change with the Securities and Exchange Commission (Release No. 34-106300; File No. SR-NYSE-2026-40). The notice, published in the Federal Register (Vol. 91, No. 176, pages 58222-58225; FR Doc No. 2026-18652), states that the rule change is immediately effective and is expected to become operative no later than October 31, 2026.

The amendment adds a new 4 kW Partial Cabinet Solution (PCS) bundle, designated as Option B, alongside the existing 2 kW PCS bundle (Option A). The fee schedule would list Option A at $10,000 initial and $16,500 monthly, and Option B at $12,000 initial and $19,000 monthly. The proposal also revises the terminology in the existing bundle from "Precision Timing Protocol" to "Precision Time Protocol."

Eligibility requires a User and its Affiliates to purchase only one PCS bundle, certify that no other PCS bundle is currently held, and ensure that the combined Aggregate Cabinet Footprint does not exceed 2 kW for Option A or 4 kW for Option B. The amendment to Note 1 of the Connectivity Fee Schedule reflects these conditions.

The Exchange indicates the change applies uniformly to all Users of its co-location services, remains voluntary, and is not expected to generate a substantial number of new Users. The Commission is soliciting comments on the proposal from interested parties.
