NYSE American adds 4 kW Partial Cabinet bundle to colocation services

On August 26, 2026, NYSE American LLC filed a proposed rule change with the Securities and Exchange Commission (Release No. 34-106306; File No. SR-NYSEAMER-2026-77). The notice, published September 9, 2026 in the Federal Register (FR Doc No. 2026-18658), announces immediate effectiveness of the filing and solicits comments.

The Exchange proposes to add a new 4 kW Partial Cabinet Solution (PCS) bundle, designated as Option B, and to relabel the existing 2 kW PCS bundle as Option A. Simultaneously, the reference to "Precision Timing Protocol" in the Fee Schedule will be changed to "Precision Time Protocol." The Connectivity Fee Schedule will be amended to reflect the new labeling and pricing.

Option A will remain a 2 kW partial cabinet with a $10,000 initial charge and $16,500 monthly charge. Option B will be a 4 kW partial cabinet with a $12,000 initial charge and $19,000 monthly charge. To qualify, a User and its Affiliates may purchase only one PCS bundle, must not already hold a PCS bundle, and must have an Aggregate Cabinet Footprint of no more than 2 kW for Option A or 4 kW for Option B after purchase. Certification of affiliate status and aggregate footprint is required.

The change applies uniformly to all PCS bundles and does not differentiate among market participants. The Exchange expects the addition of Option B to attract at most a handful of new Users, and notes that colocation services remain voluntary and priced uniformly.

The Exchange cites Section 19(b)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Section 6(b) of the Act as the statutory basis for the proposed rule change. Comments must be submitted in accordance with the Commission's procedures.
