NYSE American LLC filed a proposed rule change on September 30, 2026 to amend its Options Proprietary Market Data Fee Schedule. The amendment, which becomes effective on October 1, 2026, introduces fees for the One-Minute Interval Intra-Day Report and clarifies the distinction between that product and the existing Ten-Minute Interval Intra-Day Report. The change binds any market participant who elects to purchase the new data product.

The One-Minute Report mirrors the Ten-Minute Report's content - option-level volume by origin, side, contract volume, and transaction type, with trade-size buckets - but is generated every minute and made available within five minutes of each snapshot. The Ten-Minute Report provides the same data in ten-minute snapshots. Both products are proprietary to NYSE American, exclude data from other exchanges, and are classified as historical, not real-time, feeds.

Under the proposed schedule, a subscription to the One-Minute Report costs $8,000 per month. An ad-hoc request for historical data covering any month costs $4,000 per request per month, and may be for any number of months beginning with October 2026. For mid-month subscriptions, NYSE American will charge the full calendar month and deliver the report for each trading day of that month.

NYSE American notes that the $8,000 monthly rate is four times the $2,000 monthly fee for the Ten-Minute Report, reflecting the tenfold increase in data points. The pricing aligns with recent fee filings by Cboe, Cboe C2, Cboe BZX, Cboe EDGX, and MIAX exchanges, which charge four to five times more for comparable one-minute open-close data products.
