NYSE American amends colocation fee schedule to rename data feeds

On September 2, 2026 NYSE American LLC filed a proposed rule change (file number SR-NYSEAMER-2026-79, release No. 34-106283) to amend its Connectivity Fee Schedule. Under Section 19(b)(3)(A)(iii) of the Act and Rule 19b-4(f)(6), the amendment became effective immediately.

The amendment revises the lists in Colocation Notes 4 and 5 to replace the plan names "CTA" and "CQ" with the actual data-feed names "CTS" and "CQS." The change is described as non-substantive because it does not alter the data feeds themselves or their inclusion as Included Data Products.

The revision anticipates a transition scheduled for April 1, 2027, when the CTS and CQS feeds will be disseminated under the new "CT Plan." The Exchange argues that updating the names now will avoid confusion about the feeds during that transition.

The Exchange cites Section 6(b)(5) of the Act as the statutory basis and notes that no written comments were solicited or received. The Commission may temporarily suspend the rule change within 60 days of filing if deemed necessary in the public interest.
