On September 30, 2026, NYSE Arca, Inc. filed with the SEC a proposed rule change (Release No. 34-106609; File No. SR-NYSEARCA-2026-102) to amend its Options Proprietary Market Data Fee Schedule. The Commission published the notice on October 6, 2026 (FR Doc No. 2026-20713) and is soliciting comments.

The amendment adds fees for the One-Minute Interval Intra-Day Report, a version of the NYSE Options Open-Close Volume Summary that captures snapshots each minute and makes the data available within five minutes of each interval. The Exchange proposes to implement fees for the 1-Minute Report on October 1, 2026, with a subscription fee of $8,000 per month and an ad-hoc historical request fee of $4,000 per request per month.

The 1-Minute Report is priced at four times the $2,000 monthly fee for the existing 10-Minute Report, reflecting the tenfold increase in data points. NYSE Arca cites comparable fee structures at Cboe, Cboe BZX, C2, Cboe EDGX, and MIAX, which charge 3-5 times more for their one-minute products.

Subscriptions and ad-hoc requests may begin with data from October 2026; mid-month subscriptions are billed for the full calendar month and include the report for each trading day of that month.
