On August 26, 2026, NYSE National, Inc. filed a proposed rule change (Release No. 34-106304; File No. SR-NYSENAT-2026-23) with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The Commission published a notice on September 9, 2026 announcing the filing and granting immediate effectiveness, inviting comments from interested parties.

The amendment adds a 4 kW Partial Cabinet Solution (PCS) bundle, designated as Option B, alongside the existing 2 kW Option A. The fee schedule would list Option A at a $10,000 initial charge plus $16,500 monthly, and Option B at a $12,000 initial charge plus $19,000 monthly. The change also revises the terminology in the existing bundle from "Precision Timing Protocol" to "Precision Time Protocol" to align with other references in the Connectivity Fee Schedule.

Eligibility requires a User to purchase only one PCS bundle, certify that neither the User nor its Affiliates currently hold a PCS bundle, and ensure that the combined Aggregate Cabinet Footprint does not exceed 2 kW for Option A or 4 kW for Option B. Users must certify affiliate status and cabinet footprint as part of the request. The Exchange expects the rule to become operative no later than October 31, 2026, and will announce the exact date via customer notice.

The Exchange anticipates that the new 4 kW option will attract at most a handful of additional Users, while the terminology change is not expected to affect user numbers. The proposal is presented as consistent with Section 6(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and its subsection (5), aimed at preventing fraudulent or manipulative practices.

The Commission's notice serves to solicit comments on the proposed rule change, and the Exchange will consider any feedback received before final implementation.
