On September 2, 2026, NYSE National, Inc. filed a proposed rule change (file number SR-NYSENAT-2026-24) to amend its Connectivity Fee Schedule. Under Section 19(b)(3)(A)(iii) of the Securities Exchange Act, the amendment became effective immediately, and the Commission is soliciting comments.

The amendment updates Colocation Notes 4 and 5 to replace the placeholder identifiers "CTA" and "CQ" with the actual market-data feed names "CTS" and "CQS." The change is limited to the naming on the lists; the underlying data feeds, their content, and their inclusion as free-of-charge products remain unchanged.

The revision anticipates the transition, effective April 1, 2027, of the CTS and CQS feeds to the new CT Plan. By aligning the fee schedule with the forthcoming plan, the Exchange seeks to avoid participant confusion and to enhance transparency, consistent with Section 6(b)(5) of the Act.

No written comments were received during the solicitation period. The Commission may, within 60 days of filing, temporarily suspend the rule change if deemed necessary for the public interest, but absent such action the amendment remains in force.

Comments may be submitted electronically via the SEC's internet comment form or by email, referencing file number SR-NYSENAT-2026-24. The filing and supporting documents are available on the Exchange's website and at its principal office.
