On September 17, 2026, the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) issued a notice (FR Doc 2026-19287) placing one or more persons on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List). All property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of the designated individuals are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them.

The blocked status applies to any assets within U.S. jurisdiction, and the prohibition on transactions extends to all U.S. persons, including U.S. citizens, permanent residents, entities organized under U.S. law, and any person located in the United States.
