OFAC adds three entities and two individuals to SDN List
U.S. persons are prohibited from dealing with the five newly designated parties effective August 26 2026.

The Office of Foreign Assets Control issued a notice on August 26, 2026 (FR Doc No. 2026-17724) adding five parties to the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List. The action was published in the Federal Register on August 31, 2026.
The designated entities are: PALESTINE ACTION (also known as PALESTINE ACTION GROUP), a United Kingdom-based transnational terrorist group established on 30 Jul 2020; AUTISTICI INVENTATI, an Italian data-processing and hosting organization located in San Giuliano Terme, established in 2001; and MASAR BADIL (also known as PALESTINIAN ALTERNATIVE REVOLUTIONARY PATH MOVEMENT), an advocacy organization with ties to Brazil, Germany, Canada, Belgium and Spain, established in Oct 2021. Each was designated under section 1(a)(iii)(C) or 1(a)(iii)(A) of Executive Order 13224, as amended by Executive Order 13886, for providing material or technological support to terrorism.
The individuals are: ABDULNASSER, Zaid (also known as "TAMIM, Zid"), a Palestinian male born in 1995 and linked to MASAR BADIL; and ALSAGHEER, Rawa (also known as AL-SAGHIR, Ruwaa), a Palestinian female born in 1997, also linked to MASAR BADIL. Both were designated under section 1(a)(iii)(E) of Executive Order 13224, as amended, for serving as leaders or officials of the designated organization.
All property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of the listed parties are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them. Each designation carries a secondary sanctions risk under section 1(b) of Executive Order 13224, as amended by Executive Order 13886.
