OFAC blocks assets of newly listed individuals on SDN List
Effective September 10, 2026, the listed individuals face blocked property and U.S. persons are prohibited from transacting with them.

The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) issued a notice on September 10, 2026, publishing the names of one or more persons placed on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List). The notice appears in the Federal Register, Volume 91, Number 177, pages 58544-58550, and is identified as FR Doc No. 2026-18876.
All property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of the listed persons are blocked, and U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with them. OFAC cited the authorities of Executive Order 13224, as amended, and Executive Order 13902 as the legal basis for the action.
The SDN List and additional program information are available on OFAC's website at https://ofac.treasury.gov. The notice includes a series of graphic files (TN15SE26.000 through TN15SE26.004) that contain the specific names and identifying details of the designated individuals.
