OFAC Removes Individuals from SDN List After Property Unblocked

Individuals whose U.S.-jurisdiction property was unblocked on June 11, 2026 are removed from the SDN List.

The Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) issued a notice updating the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List). The update includes the removal of one or more persons whose property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction have been unblocked.

On June 11, 2026, OFAC determined that the property and interests in property of the listed individuals are unblocked and that they have been removed from the SDN List. The notice appears in Federal Register Volume 91, Number 175 (Friday, September 11, 2026), pages 57962-57966, and is identified as FR Doc No. 2026-18610, filed on September 10, 2026 at 8:45 am.

The SDN List and additional information concerning OFAC sanctions programs remain accessible on OFAC's website at https://ofac.treasury.gov. Inquiries may be directed to the Associate Director for Global Targeting, the Assistant Director for Licensing, or the Assistant Director for Sanctions Compliance at the telephone numbers listed in the notice.

The action is authorized under 31 CFR chapter V.
