Profinium Financial seeks BHC approval to acquire F&M Community Bank
Profinium Financial Holdings' application to become a bank holding company and acquire F&M Community Bank must be commented on by Oct. 15, 2026.

The Federal Reserve Board published a notice on September 15, 2026 (FR Doc No. 2026-18861) that Profinium Financial Holdings, Inc., of Fairmont, Minnesota, has applied for approval to become a bank holding company and to acquire F&M Community Bank, N.A., of Preston, Minnesota, pursuant to the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956 and Regulation Y.
The public portions of Profinium's application, along with any related filings required by the Board, are available for immediate inspection at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis and at the offices of the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System. The information may also be obtained on an expedited basis by contacting the appropriate Federal Reserve Bank or the Board's Freedom of Information Office.
Interested persons may submit written comments on the standards enumerated in the BHC Act (12 U.S.C. 1842(c)). Comments must be received at the Reserve Bank indicated or at the Board's Secretary, Benjamin W. McDonough, 20th Street and Constitution Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20551-0001, no later than October 15, 2026. Comments are subject to public disclosure and will generally be made available without alteration.
Comments may be sent to the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, 90 Hennepin Avenue, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55480-0291, addressed to Mark Nagle, Assistant Vice President. Electronic submissions may be directed to the protected email address listed in the notice.
The Board will consider the application after the comment period closes. The notice binds Profinium Financial Holdings and F&M Community Bank as the parties to the proposed formation and acquisition.
