Federal Reserve posts Change in Bank Control notice for Nano Banc acquisition
The Honarkar Stock Trust's application to acquire voting shares of Nano Financial Holdings and Nano Banc is open for comment through Oct 14 2026.

The Federal Reserve Board published a Change in Bank Control notice (FR Doc 2026-19900, filed 9-28-26) indicating that The Honarkar Stock Trust, with Mohammad Honarkar as trustee, seeks to acquire voting shares of Nano Financial Holdings, Inc., thereby indirectly acquiring voting shares of Nano Banc.
The application is subject to public comment under the Change in Bank Control Act (12 U.S.C. 1817(j)) and Regulation Y §225.41 (12 CFR 225.41). Comments must be submitted to the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco or the Board of Governors, Benjamin W. McDonough, Secretary of the Board, Washington, DC 20551-0001, no later than October 14, 2026. All comments will be disclosed without alteration, except for confidential information not appropriate for public release.
Public portions of the application and any related filings are available for immediate inspection at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, 101 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94105-1579, and at the Board's offices.
