MIAX Pearl LLC filed a proposed rule change on October 9, 2026 to make a non-substantive correction to Exchange Rule 1014(d)(5). The correction revises the fourth row of the table that lists violations of Rule 520(b) from "16 or 20" to "16 to 20" in the "Number of Violations Within One Calendar Year" column.

The notice, published October 19, 2026, states that the change became effective immediately pursuant to Section 19(b)(3)(A) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 19b-4(f)(6). The Commission may temporarily suspend the rule change within 60 days of filing if it deems such action necessary.

The Exchange asserts that the amendment provides greater clarity, eliminates potential confusion, and imposes no additional burden on competition or investor protection.

Interested persons may submit written comments on or before November 12, 2026. Submissions must reference file number SR-PEARL-2026-42 and may be filed electronically through the SEC's comment form or by paper to the SEC's Secretary.

The Exchange reported that no comments were solicited or received prior to filing.
