On October 21, 2026, NYSE Arca, Inc. filed a proposed rule change with the Securities and Exchange Commission to list and trade shares of the Bitwise 10 Crypto Index ETF pursuant to Rule 8.201-E (Generic). The filing was announced in a notice dated October 29, 2026 (FR Doc No. 2026-22374; Release No. 34-106772; File No. SR-NYSEARCA-2026-106).

The Fund's shares were originally approved for listing under Rule 8.500-E on July 22, 2025. The Commission later approved an amendment to Rule 8.201-E on July 28, 2026 that adds a definition of "digital commodity," permits up to 15% of a trust's net asset value to consist of digital commodities or securities, and allows actively managed Commodity-Based Trust Shares. NYSE Arca now seeks to move the Fund to the generic listing standards of the amended Rule 8.201-E.

NYSE Arca asserts that the change complies with Section 6(b)(5) of the Securities Exchange Act and Rule 19b-4(e), and that it does not significantly affect investor protection or impose an undue burden on competition. Accordingly, the proposed rule change became effective immediately under Section 19(b)(3)(A) and Rule 19b-4(f)(6)(iii). The Commission retains authority to suspend the change within 60 days if deemed necessary for the public interest.

No written comments were solicited or received regarding the proposed rule change.
