The Treasury Department's Office of Foreign Assets Control issued a notice on September 14, 2026 placing a person on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List. The action is recorded in Federal Register Volume 91, Number 183, pages 60488-60490, FR Doc No: 2026-19488.

The notice identifies the blocked property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction and cites authority under Executive Order 13902. The listing includes the identifier TN23SE26.000.

U.S. persons are generally prohibited from engaging in transactions with the designated individual, and all property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction are blocked.
