The Securities and Exchange Commission issued a notice on September 24, 2026 (FR Doc No. 2026-19869, Release No. 34-106484) indicating its intention to issue an order cancelling the registrations of certain municipal advisors listed in Appendix A.

The Commission's finding is based on the registrants' failure to file any municipal advisor forms through EDGAR since May 24, 2021, and on information from the Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board showing a lack of current MSRB registration or required annual affirmations since February 2022.

The registrants named are Estrada Hinojosa & Company, Inc. (SEC ID No. 867-00459), Kane, McKenna Capital, Inc. (SEC ID No. 867-00718), and Torain Group (SEC ID No. 867-02137).

Any interested party may submit a written request for a hearing, accompanied by a statement of interest and the grounds for contesting the cancellation, by October 20, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time. Requests for a hearing or for notification of a hearing must be addressed to the Commission's Secretary at 100 F Street NE, Washington, DC 20549. Registrants may appeal a cancellation order directly to the Commission under Rules 430 and 431.
