SEC issues September 2026 deregistration notices under Section 8(f)
Bergstrom Financial Group Trust and any other applicants listed are subject to deregistration orders after the SEC's hearing deadline on Oct. 20, 2026.

The Securities and Exchange Commission released a notice of applications for deregistration under section 8(f) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 for the month of September 2026. The notice states that an order granting each application will be issued unless the SEC orders a hearing.
One applicant listed is Bergstrom Financial Group Trust, file number 811-24137. The applicant seeks an order declaring that it has ceased to be an investment company, notes that it has never made a public offering of its securities and does not propose to make a public offering or engage in any business. The application was filed on July 23, 2026, and amended on September 17, 2026. The applicant's address is 1300 Godward Street Northeast, Suite 5500, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55413.
Any interested person may request a hearing on any application by emailing the SEC's Secretary at the protected address and serving the relevant applicant with a copy of the request. The request must include the applicable file number, be received by 5:30 p.m. on October 20, 2026, and be accompanied by proof of service in the form of an affidavit or, for lawyers, a certificate of service. Requests must state the writer's interest, any facts bearing upon the desirability of a hearing, the reason for the request, and the issues contested. Persons wishing to be notified of a hearing may request notification by writing to the Commission's Secretary.
