The filing, dated Aug. 3 2026 and amended Oct. 2 2026, seeks to let BDCs and other investment companies co-invest, pending a hearing deadline of Nov. 16 2026.

The Securities and Exchange Commission has posted a notice of an application for an order under sections 17(d) and 57(i) of the Investment Company Act of 1940 and rule 17d-1. The request, identified as Investment Company Act Release No. 36363; File No. 812-16066, was originally filed on August 3, 2026 and amended on October 2, 2026. A hearing will be held only if the Commission receives a request. Interested persons must submit a hearing request by email or mail, with proof of service, by 5:30 p.m. Eastern time on November 16, 2026. The request must reference the file number and state the requester's interest, relevant facts, and contested issues. Absent a hearing request, the Commission will issue an order granting the relief.
