Treasury Extends CDFI Fund Reporting Requirements Without Change
Recipients of CDFI, NACA, ERP and SDL programs must continue annual reporting via AMIS, with comments due by Dec. 29, 2026.

The Community Development Financial Institutions Fund (CDFI Fund) announced an extension, without change, of the currently approved collection of information for its Performance Progress Report and Financial Statement Audit Report Form. The notice, docketed as CDFI-2026-0202, invites public comment through Dec. 29, 2026.
Under the extension, recipients of the CDFI Program, the Native American CDFI Assistance Program, the CDFI Equitable Recovery Program, and the Small Dollar Loan Program must submit the Performance Progress Report via the Fund's Awards Management Information System (AMIS) once a year, three months after the period of performance or fiscal year end. The Financial Statement Audit Report is also submitted annually through AMIS, but six months after the period end. The forms require numerical, yes/no, or narrative responses, and the agency notes there are no significant content changes.
The Treasury estimates 1,114 respondents will file a total of 2,228 annual responses, each requiring approximately 0.75 hours, for an aggregate burden of 1,671 hours per year. These figures are provided to support the Paperwork Reduction Act review.
Comments are sought on the necessity, utility, accuracy of burden estimates, and ways to improve or reduce the reporting burden, including the use of technology. All comments become part of the public record and may be posted on the CDFI Fund website. The collection bears OMB control number 1559-0050.
The authority for the collection derives from 12 U.S.C. §§ 4704, 4713, 4719 and 12 CFR parts 1805, 1806, 1815. For further information, contact Trefor Henry, Acting Program Manager, at (202) 653-0423.
