The Alcohol and Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau published a notice (FR Doc No. 2026-20417) inviting public and agency comments on proposed or continuing information collections. Comments must be received on or before December 7, 2026 and should reference the collection's title, form number or recordkeeping requirement, and OMB control number.

The collections under review include: OMB Control No. 1513-0001, Tax Information Authorization (Form TTB F 5000.19) with an estimated annual burden of 10 hours; OMB Control No. 1513-0003, Referral of Information (Form TTB F 5000.21) estimated at 25 hours; OMB Control No. 1513-0041, Distilled Spirits Plants - Records and Monthly Reports of Processing Operations (Form TTB F 5110.28 and REC 5110/03) estimated at 146,000 hours; OMB Control No. 1513-0058, Usual and Customary Business Records Maintained by Brewers (REC 5130/1) which imposes no additional burden; and OMB Control No. 1513-0059, Usual and Customary Business Records Relating to Tax-Free Alcohol (REC 5150/3). Each collection is being submitted for extension only, with adjustments to respondent estimates for several collections.

All collections are extensions of previously approved collections; no new program changes are proposed. Adjustments include a decrease in estimated respondents for the Referral of Information collection and increases for the Distilled Spirits Plants and Brewers records collections due to agency estimate changes.
