Federal Reserve posts Sexton family bank control application

The Sexton Family Control Group's request to retain voting shares of Readlyn Bancshares and Nashua Bancshares is open for comment through Oct 9 2026.

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System published a Change in Bank Control notice (FR Doc 2026-19595) on September 24, 2026. The notice announces an application filed under the Change in Bank Control Act, 12 U.S.C. 1817(j), and Regulation Y, 12 CFR 225.41.

The application is submitted by the Mark J. Sexton 2026 Grantor Trust, the Jennifer Sexton Walther 2026 Grantor Trust, and the Andrew G. Sexton 2026 Grantor Trust, collectively identified as the Sexton Family Control Group. The group seeks to retain voting shares of Readlyn Bancshares, Inc., and thereby indirectly retain voting shares of Nashua Bancshares, Inc., both organized in Saint Paul, Minnesota.

Public portions of the application and any related filings are available for inspection at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, 230 South LaSalle Street, Chicago, Illinois, and at the Board's offices in Washington, DC. Comments may be submitted to the Chicago Reserve Bank or to Benjamin W. McDonough, Secretary of the Board, 20th Street and Constitution Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20551-0001, no later than October 9, 2026. Electronic comments can be sent to [email protected].

The notice states that comments will be disclosed publicly without alteration, except that personal or business information that is confidential will not be removed. Commenters are advised not to include confidential information that would be inappropriate for public disclosure.
