Federal Reserve reviews 1870 Holdings' merger with Rushville Bancshares

1870 Holdings, Inc. seeks approval to merge with Rushville Bancshares, Inc., acquiring Rushville State Bank; comments due Oct. 28, 2026

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System has received an application from 1870 Holdings, Inc., Monmouth, Illinois, to merge with Rushville Bancshares, Inc. and thereby indirectly acquire Rushville State Bank, both located in Rushville, Illinois. The filing is made under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956 and Regulation Y.

The public portions of the application, along with any related filings required by the Board, are available for immediate inspection at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and at the Board's offices in Washington, D.C. Interested persons may submit written comments on the statutory standards in 12 U.S.C. 1842(c) to the Reserve Bank of Chicago or to the Board of Governors, Benjamin W. McDonough, Secretary of the Board, no later than October 28, 2026.
