On September 14, 2026, Nasdaq ISE LLC filed a proposed rule change (Release No. 34-106492; File No. SR-ISE-2026-50) to amend Exchange Rule General 8. The amendment, published in the Federal Register (Vol. 91, No. 188, pages 61882-61886; FR Doc No. 2026-19949) on September 25, 2026, is immediately effective, with the fee schedule slated for implementation in the fourth calendar quarter of 2026.

The rule establishes separate installation fees for liquid-cooled cabinets in the NY11-5 expansion area. A Nasdaq-provided liquid-cooled cabinet will incur a $5,490 installation fee with no ongoing monthly charge, while a customer-provided cabinet will be charged $2,500 for installation, also without a recurring fee.

Power services for these cabinets will be offered under one-, two-, or three-year commitment terms. Installation fees will include the standard NY11-4/-5 cabinet power fee plus an additional per-kVA charge of $1,800 (one-year), $1,650 (two-year) or $1,500 (three-year). Ongoing monthly fees will be $1,000, $900 or $800 per kVA, respectively, based on the selected term.

The Commission is soliciting comments on the proposal. The full text of the filing is available on Nasdaq ISE's website at https://listingcenter.nasdaq.com/rulebook/ise/rulefilings and at the Exchange's principal office.
