Federal Reserve publishes change-in-control notice for State Bancorp Northwest acquisition
Gregory S. Deckard's application to acquire additional voting shares of State Bancorp Northwest and State Bank Northwest is open for comment through Oct 23, 2026.

The Federal Reserve System issued a notice (FR Doc 2026-20668) on Oct. 8, 2026, announcing applications filed under the Change in Bank Control Act (12 U.S.C. 1817(j)) and Regulation Y (12 CFR 225.41). The notice appears in Federal Register Volume 91, No. 194, page 64379.
The notice lists one applicant, Gregory S. Deckard of Spokane, Washington, who seeks to acquire additional voting shares of State Bancorp Northwest and, through that transaction, indirectly acquire voting shares of State Bank Northwest, both located in Spokane Valley, Washington.
Public portions of the application and any related filings required by the Board are available for immediate inspection at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco, 101 Market Street, San Francisco, California 94105-1579, and at the Board of Governors' offices. Comments must be submitted to the San Francisco Reserve Bank or to the Board's Secretary, Benjamin W. McDonough, 20th Street and Constitution Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20551-0001, no later than Oct. 23, 2026. Electronic comments may be sent to the email address provided in the notice.
Comments received will be disclosed publicly without change, except for removal of personal or business identifying information. The notice advises that confidential information inappropriate for public disclosure should not be included.
