OFAC removes several individuals from SDN list, updates blocked entries
The Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control unblocked property for listed persons and removed them from the SDN List on Oct. 5, 2026, and revised data for other blocked entries.

The Department of the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control published a notice in the Federal Register (Vol. 91, No. 194, pp. 64465-64477; FR Doc 2026-20683) announcing changes to the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List (SDN List). The notice provides the names of individuals whose property and interests in property have been unblocked and removed from the SDN List, and it updates identifying information for other entries that remain blocked.
Action A: On October 5, 2026, OFAC determined that the property and interests in property subject to U.S. jurisdiction of the persons listed in the graphics identified as TN08OC26.049 through TN08OC26.055 are unblocked and that those persons have been removed from the SDN List.
Action B: Also on October 5, 2026, OFAC issued updates to the identifying information for persons or property that continue to be blocked, as shown in the graphics labeled TN08OC26.056 through TN08OC26.059.
The notice directs readers to the OFAC website (https://ofac.treasury.gov) for the current SDN List and additional sanctions program information. Contact information is provided for the Associate Director for Global Targeting, the Assistant Director for Licensing, and the Assistant Director for Sanctions Compliance.
The action is authorized under 31 CFR chapter V and was signed by Deputy Director Lisa M. Palluconi.
