Nasdaq ISE files immediate rule change to drop obsolete market data services
Nasdaq ISE's immediate rule change removes certain fiber-optic and wireless market-data connectivity offerings and a never-launched POD service.

On August 17, 2026 Nasdaq ISE, LLC filed a proposed rule change with the SEC under Release No. 34-106152, File No. SR-ISE-2026-47. The filing is effective immediately, and the Commission is soliciting comments from interested persons.
The Exchange proposes to amend Rule General 8, Section 1(b) to delete fiber-optic-delivered market data connectivity offerings to the Nasdaq Data Center for SIAC, CTS/CQS, OpenBook Ultra, and ArcaBook Multicast. These offerings will terminate on September 30, 2026 after the Exchange provided existing customers with 90-days' notice. The Exchange notes that fewer than three customers subscribe to each offering and that the feeds are available from other vendors.
The proposal also removes wireless connectivity offerings delivered via microwave or millimeter-wave networks, including NYSE Equities (Arca Integrated), NYSE Equities (NYSE Integrated), BATS Multicast PITCH for BZX and BYX, Direct EDGE Depth of Book for EDGA and EDGX, CME Multicast Total, CME Equities Futures Data Only, CME Fixed Income Futures Data Only, and CME Metals Futures Data Only. These wireless services were terminated effective August 31, 2025, with more than 90-days' notice to customers, and the associated installation, monthly, and volume-based discount fees would be deleted from the rulebook.
Finally, the Exchange seeks to discontinue the Proximity-On-Demand (POD) offering described in SR-ISE-2024-24. The POD service, a managed colocation solution, never attracted sufficient demand, no fees were filed, and the offering was never implemented.
The changes are intended solely to align the rulebook with services that are no longer offered, have been terminated, or were never launched. The proposal does not introduce any new service, fee, or obligation and is presented as consistent with Section 6(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
