Federal Reserve publishes change-in-control notice for Shnaider Family Trust acquisition
The notice, FR Doc 2026-20340, invites comments by Oct 20 2026 on the Shnaider Family Trust's proposed purchase of voting shares in Florida Bancshares, Inc. and First National Bank of Pasco.

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System issued a Change in Bank Control notice in the Federal Register (Vol. 91, No. 191, page 63278) on Oct 5 2026. The public portions of the applications are available for inspection at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and the Board's offices, and may be obtained on an expedited basis through the Board's FOIA office.
The notice lists a single applicant: The Shnaider Family Trust, with Charles R. White as trustee, of Birmingham, Alabama. The trust seeks to acquire voting shares of Florida Bancshares, Inc., thereby indirectly acquiring voting shares of First National Bank of Pasco, Dade City, Florida.
Comments on the application must be submitted in writing to the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta (Erien O. Terry, Assistant Vice President) or to the Board's Secretary, Benjamin W. McDonough, at the Board's Washington, DC address, no later than Oct 20 2026. Comments are subject to public disclosure and will generally be released without alteration, except for removal of personal or confidential identifying information.
