Nasdaq ISE rule change updates rules to reflect Nasdaq Texas name

Nasdaq ISE's General 8 and Options 7 rules now reference Nasdaq Texas, LLC, effective September 17, 2026.

On September 17, 2026 Nasdaq ISE, LLC filed a proposed rule change (file number SR-ISE-2026-51) to replace the single reference to "Nasdaq BX, Inc." with "Nasdaq Texas, LLC" in Rule General 8 (Connectivity) and Options 7 Section 8 (Access Services). The filing was announced in a notice dated September 30, 2026 and is published in the Federal Register, Volume 91, Number 191, pages 63324-63325.

The exchange characterizes the amendment as a conforming, non-substantive update that reflects its affiliate's conversion from a Delaware corporation to a Texas limited liability company. No written comments were solicited or received.

Pursuant to Section 19(b)(3)(A)(iii) of the Securities Exchange Act and Rule 19b-4(f)(6), the SEC waived the usual 30-day operative delay, designating the amendment effective upon filing. The Commission retains authority to temporarily suspend the change within 60 days of filing if necessary.

The Commission invites written comments through October 26, 2026, either via its internet comment form or by email, referencing file number SR-ISE-2026-51. All submissions will be posted on the SEC's website.
