Nasdaq MRX adopts immediate rule change to reflect Nasdaq Texas name
The rule change, effective September 17, 2026, updates MRX's General 8 and Options 7 Section 7 references to Nasdaq Texas, LLC.

On September 17, 2026, Nasdaq MRX, LLC filed a proposed rule change (file SR-MRX-2026-38) with the Securities and Exchange Commission. The filing sought immediate effectiveness under Section 19(b)(3)(A)(iii) of the Exchange Act and Rule 19b-4(f)(6).
The amendment replaces a single reference to "Nasdaq BX, Inc." with "Nasdaq Texas, LLC" in Rule General 8 (Connectivity) and in Options 7 Section 7 (Market Data). The change reflects the affiliate's conversion from a Delaware corporation to a Texas limited liability company and its accompanying name change.
The Commission waived the standard 30-day operative delay, designating the amendment operative upon filing. Interested parties may submit comments through the SEC's internet form or by email, referencing file number SR-MRX-2026-38, on or before October 26, 2026.
The Exchange reported that no written comments were solicited or received and does not anticipate any competitive burden from the conforming amendment.
