On August 7 2026, Cboe C2 Exchange, Inc. filed a proposed rule change (Release No. 34-106149; File No. SR-C2-2026-020) that becomes effective immediately. The amendment to the Exchange's Fee Schedule replaces the existing free-trial provision for its End-of-Day (EOD) Open-Close Data, Ten-Minute Interval Intraday Open-Close Data, and One-Minute Interval Intraday Open-Close Data with a fixed historical window covering July 1, 2022 through December 31, 2022.

Under the current arrangement, a requesting participant may select any six-month window of historical data to sample before subscribing. The free trial is offered on a voluntary basis and carries no charge. The proposed rule change retains the six-month duration but standardizes the period for all participants.

The Exchange states that a uniform data set simplifies administration, ensures that every prospective subscriber receives identical information, and promotes non-discriminatory access. It argues that the July-through-December 2022 window provides a representative sample for evaluating the content, structure, and analytical value of each product.

The filing cites Section 19(b)(1) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and Rule 19b-4 as the procedural basis, and references Section 6(b)(5) and Section 6(b)(4) of the Act as the statutory justification for the amendment. The Exchange contends that the change aligns with the Act's objectives of preventing unfair discrimination and supporting equitable allocation of fees.

The Commission is publishing this notice to solicit comments. The proposed rule change, the supporting statements, and the text of the amendment are available on the SEC's website, the Exchange's website, and at the Exchange's principal office.
