Federal Reserve opens comment period on Bank7 Corp acquisition of Century Financial
Bank7 Corp's proposed acquisition of Century Financial Services and indirect purchase of Century Bank is open for comment through September 2, 2026

The Federal Reserve published a notice on August 3, 2026 (Federal Register Volume 91, No. 147, pages 48874-48875, FR Doc No. 2026-15655) listing applications for formation, acquisition, or merger of bank holding companies under the Bank Holding Company Act and Regulation Y. The notice includes the application of Bank7 Corp, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, to acquire Century Financial Services Corporation and thereby indirectly acquire Century Bank, both located in Santa Fe, New Mexico.
The public portions of the application and related filings are available for inspection at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City and the Board of Governors' offices. Interested parties may also request expedited access through the Board's Freedom of Information Office.
Comments on the application must be submitted to the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, 1 Memorial Drive, Kansas City, Missouri 64198-0001, or to the Board of Governors at 20th Street and Constitution Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20551-0001, no later than September 2, 2026. Electronic comments may be sent to the address provided in the notice.
All comments will be made publicly available without alteration, except for removal of personal or business identifying information. The Board will consider the comments in evaluating the application under the standards enumerated in the BHC Act.
