The Federal Reserve Board published a notice (FR Doc 2026-16624, Vol. 91 No. 156, Aug. 14, 2026) announcing that 7 Gen Holdings, Inc., of Murrieta, California, has applied to become a bank holding company by acquiring Legacy Bank, also in Murrieta.

The applications are filed under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, Regulation Y, and all other applicable statutes and regulations. Public portions of the applications and related filings are available for immediate inspection at the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and at the Board's offices, and may be obtained on an expedited basis through the Board's Freedom of Information Office.

Interested persons may submit written comments on the standards enumerated in the BHC Act to the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco (Keith Dudley, Vice President), 101 Market Street, San Francisco, CA 94105-1579, or electronically to the protected email address, no later than September 14, 2026. Comments are generally made publicly available without change; confidential information should not be included.
