Silver Queen Financial Services seeks Fed approval to become a bank holding company

The Federal Reserve Board has received an application from Silver Queen Financial Services, Inc., a Greenwood Village, Colorado, entity, seeking approval to become a bank holding company by acquiring Colorado Federal Savings Bank, also located in Greenwood Village.

The filing is made under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956, 12 U.S.C. 1841 et seq., and Regulation Y (12 CFR part 225). Public portions of the application and any related filings required by the Board are available for immediate inspection at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City, 1 Memorial Drive, Kansas City, Missouri 64198-0001, and at the Board of Governors' offices, 20th Street and Constitution Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20551-0001. Requests for expedited access may be directed to the appropriate Reserve Bank, and additional information can be obtained through the Board's Freedom of Information Office at https://www.federalreserve.gov/foia/request.htm.

Interested parties may submit written comments on the standards enumerated in the BHC Act, 12 U.S.C. 1842(c).
