Fed Board Opens Comment Period on Isabella Bank Merger Application
Comments on Isabella Bank Corp.'s proposed merger with Grand River Commerce must be filed by Sept. 3, 2026.

The Federal Reserve Board has received an application from Isabella Bank Corporation, Mount Pleasant, Michigan, to merge with Grand River Commerce, Inc., thereby indirectly acquiring Grand River Bank of Grandville, Michigan. The filing is subject to approval under the Bank Holding Company Act of 1956 and Regulation Y.
The public portions of the application and any related filings are available for immediate inspection at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago and at the Board of Governors' offices. Expedited access may be requested by contacting the appropriate Federal Reserve Bank.
Written comments on the standards enumerated in the BHC Act must be submitted to the Reserve Bank of Chicago or to the Board's Secretary, Benjamin W. McDonough, at 20th Street and Constitution Avenue NW, Washington, DC 20551-0001, no later than September 3, 2026. Comments will be made publicly available without change, except for removal of confidential personal or business information.
