Federal Reserve publishes notice of share acquisition of Odin State Bank

The Judy Harder and J. Fischer trusts seek to acquire voting shares of Odin Bancshares and Odin State Bank; comments are due by Aug. 20, 2026.

The Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System issued a Change in Bank Control notice under the Change in Bank Control Act (12 U.S.C. 1817(j)) and Regulation Y (12 CFR 225.41). The notice lists an application to acquire voting shares of a bank and its holding company.

The applicants are the Judy Harder Irrevocable QSST Trust and the Judy Harder Irrevocable QTIP Trust, both of Odin, Minnesota, with John Fischer as trustee. They propose to form the J. Fischer and Harder Trusts Shareholder Control Group, a group acting in concert, to acquire voting shares of Odin Bancshares, thereby indirectly acquiring voting shares of Odin State Bank, both located in Odin, Minnesota.

The public portions of the application and any related filings required by the Board are available for immediate inspection at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis, 90 Hennepin Avenue, Minneapolis, Minnesota 55480-0291, and at the Board's offices in Washington, DC. Expedited copies may be requested from the appropriate Reserve Bank or the Board's Freedom of Information Office. Comments must be submitted to the Minneapolis Reserve Bank or to Benjamin W. McDonough, Secretary of the Board, at the address listed, no later than August 20, 2026.

Comments received are subject to public disclosure and will generally be made available without alteration, except for the removal of personal or business identifying information. Commenters are advised not to include confidential information that would be inappropriate for public release.
